The highest temperature was 33.6°C in Binissalem, followed by Llucmajor and Porreres (33.0°C), Santa Maria (31.7°C) and Can Sion in Campos (31.5°C). The week ahead
Temperatures will stay high on Monday and Tuesday, with some inland areas reaching 33–34°C. A possible shower on Wednesday should bring a slight drop in temperatures, before warmer weather returns towards the end of the week.
Tips
- Early morning fog can reduce visibility on the roads; drive with care.
- The UV index will be high, around 8, so use sun cream even if it does not feel very hot.
- If you are planning a hike or outdoor sport, start early and carry plenty of water.
- Keep an eye on the sky on Wednesday afternoon, when showers are possible.
Late May and early June are often among the most pleasant times of year in Mallorca, with warm days, cooler nights and the sea beginning to warm up — though the island’s interior can already be surprisingly hot.
