After a hot weekend, Tuesday will be similar to Monday in Mallorca — and in places slightly hotter. Aemet expects it to be the warmest day of the week, before a change in the weather from Wednesday.
Tuesday
- Temperatures: highs of up to 34°C, especially inland in the afternoon; lows of 14–17°C.
- Sky: medium and high cloud passing over the island.
- Wind: light southerly breezes during the day, turning north-north-easterly at night and strengthening to moderate, with occasional strong gusts.
Wednesday: a change
Wednesday will bring cloudier spells and a small chance of isolated showers, with skies clearing later in the day.
Cooler air on the way
A front crossing the north of Spain will bring a mass of cooler air. The Balearics may see a slight rise in temperatures before the change arrives, but the overall trend later in the week is towards milder conditions.

Tips
- Drink plenty of water and seek shade during the hottest hours of the afternoon.
- If you are sailing or on the coast on Tuesday evening, watch for the strengthening north-north-easterly wind.
- Carry a light layer for Wednesday, when cloud and the change of wind will make it feel fresher.
Early June often brings these swings between summer heat and fresher spells in Mallorca, before the long, settled heat of high summer arrives.
