Ibiza Council hosts training session for sports club managers

The Consell d'Eivissa's sports department is organising a free workshop on 30 October to help local clubs improve their administrative and legal management.

Free workshop for club administrators

The Consell d’Eivissa (Ibiza Island Council) will hold a training session on Friday 30 October aimed at strengthening the management of the island’s sports clubs. The three-hour workshop, organised by the council’s Department of Sports, runs from 17:00 to 20:00 in the plenary hall (sala de plens) of the Consell building. Admission is free until the venue reaches capacity.

Expert speaker on sports law

The session will be led by Javier Hurlé, a specialist in sports law and the management of sports entities. Hurlé holds a degree in Law and Labour Relations from the University of Oviedo and postgraduate qualifications in sports law, sports entity management, sports marketing and social security. He has experience delivering training to clubs, directors and technical staff on sports legislation, the rights and obligations of sports entities, and the legal protection of minors in sport.

Focus on day-to-day club operations

The workshop is designed for board members, management officers, coordinators and anyone involved in the running of a sports club.
